When I needed new tires I first reached out to my dealership and Costco, but after a lack of response from either of them I turned to Overbeck based on a friend’s recommendation. They responded immediately and provided multiple tire options at different price ranges. I was able to get my car in the shop within a few days from when I reached out and they even provided a loaner car for me to use that day. It was a great first experience and I’ll definitely be back!

After getting the red triangle of death on my 2007 Toyota Prius, the code reader indicated “Replace battery pack”, meaning the main hybrid battery. A mechanic friend of mine suggested Overbeck Auto Services because they specialize in hybrid cars. When I called Overbeck, I spoke with Mike who was extremely professional and honest with me over the phone. I decided to have the car towed there. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle, giving me a rundown of everything that was either worn or due to be replaced. There was no pressure to do any of it, just an upfront list that would make the car like new again. I opted to do all of the work suggested and my car is now running and performing like it is brand new! I’m very happy with the work. The price wasn’t cheap, but fair considering all of the work they did. Mike kept in contact with me during the entire process and even offered a loaner car. (Work completed- New factory battery, front/rear struts, 4 new tires, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, new rear brakes, and a new serpentine belt). That car will run for another 17 years!

I had to have a hybrid battery changed. It cost $6,000. I was told that I could pay $1,000 per month for 6 months without interest. What Overbeck did not tell me was that the transaction would not be between Overbeck and my bank and my account even though I had to give that information. It was outsourced to a bank called Synchrony? I was only contacted recently by this bank as I had not made any payments several months later thinking that payments were withdrawn from my account monthly. This is clearly some kind of racket whereby the customers are not given the full information and this bank (probably with a cut for Overbeck) can then collect the money with huge interests since the unsuspecting customer is not aware that no payments have been made until it is too late. I am very sorry that I ever had anything to do with Overbeck and the shady bank which no one seems to have heard of. I don't want anything to do with Overbeck and encourage all to choose more honest businesses.

First class service experience! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Mike kept me informed at every step in the process, and offered detailed explanations to help me understand the work that needed to be done on my 3rd Gen Prius.
The work that they did is a very high quality - the car runs so much more smoothly now. I have every confidence in Overbeck and will be back anytime my car needs additional service.

I had a good experience here! They were very flexible and nice to me. For example I had to wait after hours for a ride home and they welcomed me in with open arms. I will be taking my car here next time for sure. I loved how organized their system was with multiple customized invoices based on my requests
(My only qualms are they were out of loner cars when I could have used one and that when they did the full work up on my car, they included a few things that weren’t 100% necessary to do on that visit without a clear line of what was needed and what wasn’t. But one phone call quickly cleared that up and they are great communicators!)

Great first time experience! I was presented with an astronomical estimate for some work on my Audi Q5 from the dealer and another independent shop and took it to Overbeck for their free 2nd opinion. While the work needed was the same their pricing was substantially lower! I also felt they were more transparent with their pricing than the other independent shop. They worked with me to ensure all of the proper preventative work was done while the engine was disassembled. They kept me well informed, provided pictures and provided me with the used parts at my request. I recently had a small issue and it was promptly and kindly resolved. They are super friendly and easy to work with! They've won my business and I'll be taking my other vehicles there in the future! (They also returned my vehicle washed and vacuumed! Not sure if that's standard but it was certainly very much appreciated!)

Just had my car serviced at Overbeck on Madison Rd. It was a great experience. Not only did they actually listen to me, but they were efficient, knowledgeable, and checked things I even forgot to ask about. They kept me informed and told me what needed to be fixed and what things were in my future requiring fixing. They have a nice waiting area and even provide snacks and drinks. This was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this auto service place. You won't be sorry if you go there.

As a female, I get intimidated by repair shops. Overbeck Automotive treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell me with more than what was necessary. Although I still dislike car repairs, Overbeck has restored my faith in repair shops and has earned my business for life!

Awesome shop! I had bad steerability issues .Was in at 930 and picked my jeep up at 5! John is very nice.The service is great price was great!

Brought my car in for an alignment and some suspension work. The team was incredibly helpful, giving me options for the repairs and sound advice. Courtesy shuttle was very convenient as well. Glad I found a great local shop I can trust.

Overbeck was fantastic. Was able to get me in the next day. Had a transmission issue and check engine light. They figured out my transmission issue and replaced the thermostat. I don’t recall my transmission feeling this smooth ever and the check engine light is out. I was very happy with the quick, effective professional service! I will be back for sure!
